Pre Game 16th November

It's the day before and there will be 100 little things to close out. Come in for a couple of hours and see how many hands make light work
We'll be moving things, counting things, printing things.......we'll be getting all.the.things done. 

GAME DAY 17th November

Set Up Crew 7:30am-9am

as the name suggests this bunch of legends will be hitting the ground running. We will be setting up our three powder obstacles, setting up a marshalling station, just lending a hand where a hand is needed.

Morning Crew 9am-11:30am & Mid Day Crew 11:30am-1:30pm

Marshalling Station: this is where each group of super eager rainbow runners will arrive (in their shiny white shirts), you'll be marking off names, handing over the super fun sunglasses and headbands (safety first!). Giving instructions and helping the kids warm up and get EXCITED!! You'll also be the keeper of the powder (SUCH POWER & AUTHORITY!!!!!!!)

Run Track: This is where...yep...the kids will (rainbow) run! Some obstacles will be designed to slow the kids down just enough to get them puffed and coloured. Some obstacles will be inflatables designed to have an awesome time. All obstacles will need some adult supervision.   

Canteen: When you're feeding an army you need support. You'll be helping our super canteen staff get 100's of lunch orders ready. We're not total maniacs there is only one option on the day, so it will be a busy space but it will be fun too!

Runners: There is bound to be things pop up on the day but there is no need to stress because we'll have more than enough hands on deck to help when needed. 

Arvo Crew 1:45pm-3:45pm

You'll help us close off the day with the family lap and pack away. We'll need help at the Marshalling Station and on the Run Track maybe in the canteen.  You'll also be helping with the pack away. The faster we get this part done the faster we can go home (and by head home I mean go to the pub 😉).
